Your questions, answered

How does the changing area work?

Unzip the side of the bag and the changing area folds out: a padded mat with mesh walls on each side. When you're done, fold it back in and zip it closed. The video above shows it step by step.

Can my baby sleep in the fold-out area?

No. The fold-out area is made for nappy changes only. It isn't a cot, bassinet or sleep space. Always keep a hand on your baby and never leave them unattended in it.

What fits inside?

The main compartment opens wide for nappies, spare clothes and a blanket. The front pocket has three bottle sleeves, and there's a pull-through wipes pocket on the side. The supplier's packing guide shows room for about three bottles, three nappies, two packs of wipes and a couple of changes of clothes.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Orders go out with Aramex and usually arrive within 8–11 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What if it comes damaged?

You're covered. If your bag arrives damaged, email us at hello@cuddlenest.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the box and the courier waybill. Once we've confirmed it was damaged in transit, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. Genuine manufacturing faults are covered too. See our refund policy for the full details.

Is it a good gift?

Closed, the backpack is about 42 cm tall, 32 cm wide and 22 cm deep, and weighs about 1 kg. The changing station folds out to about 73 cm long and 30 cm wide.
